Shri Krishnamurti Paddhati ji did some new research in Vedic and Western astrology after studying it deeply and named the conclusion obtained as 'Krishnamurti Paddhati'. There are 27 constellations in Vedic astrology. But K. P. G. divided each constellation into nine parts, which he named the Upanakshtra.
In Vedic astrology, according to the conditions of extreme yoga, lagna-lagnesh, bhava-bhavesh, predictions are done. But in the Krishnamurti method, predictions are done on the basis of the constellations, which make it more accurate.
In the Krishnamurti method, special importance has been given to the elements of Karaka, and mainly on the basis of constellations, the results have been described. The Krishnamurti method differs from traditional astrology in some respects, which are fully covered in this book.
